A rock habits peer group roundtable is for two different groups: The first group is for small or early stage startup leadership teams who want to allocate time for group learning and planning with the assistance of a trained facilitator, but who might not yet have the resources to invest in private facilitation as part of an implementation program.
The second group is for members of leadership teams who belong to a full implementation program, and who want to engage in a facilitated peer advisory group roundtable focused on rock habit implementation. These roundtable groups are either made up of other leadership teams as similar stages of growth, or segmented by functional roles (i.e. CEO or CFO) for deep peer interaction outside of their respective teams. Like the rock habits coaching group, this provides cross-industry perspective and allows more advanced members to share insights with newer members - thus solidifying the insights previously learned.
A rock habits peer group meets every other month for 1/2 a day. The agenda is split between following the growth roadmap topically, and working on specific issues or challenges faced by the members currently. Peer group members share a VIP Basecamp to communicate and share information between sessions.
